Consolidate 12 incremental SQL migrations into supabase/schema.sql so new deployments can bootstrap with a single paste into the Supabase SQL Editor. Add scripts/setup.sh to automate dependency install, .env creation, and prerequisite validation. Update README and ARCHITECTURE.md to reflect the streamlined setup flow.
